31 HCU (~16 SRM)
Bitterness: 37 IBU
OG: 1.076 FG: 1.018
Alcohol: 7.5% v/v (5.9% w/w)
Water: Add a teaspoon of gypsum if you like.
Grain: 0.5 lb. American 2-Row
0.5 lb. Belgian Aromatic
0.5 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
0.125 lb. Belgian Chocolate
Steep: Steep grains for the typical 45 minutes @ 155° F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.076 5 gallons
6 lb. Light LME
1 lb. Light DME
2 lb. Belgian Candi Sugar
Add 1 teaspoon of flaked Irish Moss the last 15 minutes of the boil.
Hops: 2 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast #1214 Belgian
Carbonation: Bottle using corn sugar or force carbonate in a keg.
