Steep: Steeped grains at 155 for 45 minutes.
Boil: minutes SG 1.158 15 liters
3.01kg Light dry malt extract
0.50kg Amber dry malt extract
2.00kg Wheat extract
1.00kg Cane sugar
Added 1 tsp irish moss with 15 minutes left. At same time, added minced peel of an orange and 2 tbs coriander.
Hops: 50g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
50g Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: White Labs 500 - Belgian Trappist Ale Yeast.
