Trying to clone Portland Brewing's Oregon Honey Beer
It matches a Munich Helles Style but is an Ale

Alcohol: 5.1% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Grain: 4 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Steep grains until first bubbles start to appear
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.034 3.5 gallons
2.0 lb. Light malt extract
1.0 lb. Honey
using Alexanders Pale extract due to it's made exclusively from 2 row barley
1 teaspoon Irish Moss 20 min
Hops: .25 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 45 min.)
.25 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1272 American Ale Yeast II or
Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale Yeast or
Wyeast 3522 Belgian Ardennes Yeast or
Wyeast 3538 Leuven Pale Ale
waiting to hear from Portland Brewing ico proper yeast
Log: 5-7 days in primary @ 65° F
14 days in secondary @ 65° F
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Keg: 9.7 psi @ 35°F
