Single infusion mash - Saccharification @ 145°F for 60 min. Sparge @ 168°-172°F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.042 6.5 gallons
1 Whirlfloc tab @ 15 minutes.
Hops: .75 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Saison yeast in a 1L starter.
