7 lb. German Pils malt extract 2 lb. Wheat dry extract 1.5 lb. Honey |

Using German Pils LME, which makes a lighter color. Add 3/4 oz. bitter orange, 1/2 oz. crushed coriander seed during last 15 minutes, and 1/2 oz coriander at last 2 minutes. Short boil (30 mins) for the LME. Honey added after 1st week of fermentation. |

Yeast: | WLP565 Belgian Saisson. Needs warm(>70°F), long(>3 weeks) ferment. |
