8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
8 oz. Belgian CaraVienne
Boil: minutes SG 1.133 2 gallons
6 lb. 12 oz. Light malt extract
1 oz sweet orange peel 50 minutes into boil
.5 oz corriander 50 minutes into boil
Hops: 1.5 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Saison Yeast
