Alcohol: 9.3% v/v (7.3% w/w)
Water: Filtered tap water
Grain: 3.5kg Belgian Pilsner
500g Belgian Munich
Mash: 70% efficiency
90 mins @ 65C Sparge water @ 75C
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.067 13 liters
10 min added 1 tsp Irish Moss
Hops: 25g Styrian Goldings (3.7% AA, 60 min.)
25g Saaz (3.5% AA, 10 min.)
25g Saaz (3.5% AA, 1 min.)
Yeast: Got the yeast out of a chimay white, cultivated using malt extract, kicked in really well.
Carbonation: 2.1 volumes Honey: 56.3g for 10 liters @ 20°C
Used a very delicate/creamy honey (Pohutukawa) to go with the saaz
