I made too much wort. Should have produced 6.5 gallons of wort and boiled it down to 5.5 gallons for a higher gravity.

The Centennial hops are actually Summit. I added 1/4 oz corriander seed every 15 minutes and 1 oz of cardamom at 30 minutes. The Belgian candy was boiled all 60 minutes. | ||||||||
