Carbonation: | I brewed a big Belgian dark with three pounds of sugar last year (Stan Hieronymous' recipe) which was kind of a Good, The Bad and The Ugly situation, meaning each bottle tasted different. Some were good and alcoholic, others were crappy and awful. I may have put too much dry malt in this one . . . |
