My adjusted take on a Belgian Strong Ale found elsewere on the net

Bitterness: 36 IBU
OG: 1.083 FG: 1.020
Alcohol: 8.1% v/v (6.4% w/w)
Water: 1TBSP PH5.2 Stabilizer per each 5gl water
Grain: 17 lb. Belgian pale
15 lb. German Munich Type II
1 lb. Belgian Special B (145L)
Mash: 75% efficiency
Single infusion @ 153F/60min
Raised to ~160F and Sparged with 170F water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.070 13 gallons
2oz Crushed Coriander (5min)
2oz Sweet Orange Peel (5min)
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 20 min.)
Yeast: WLP510 Bastogne Ale Yeast, 1200ml Starter
Tasting: First time around it was so good, it lasted of a few weeks.
