Steep: Steep for 20 minutes at 155°F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.085 2 gallons
1.82kg Amber malt extract
180g Cane sugar
Add extract when boil reaches 195°F, after extract is added get rolling boil for 2-3 minutes before adding hops.
Hops: 5g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
2g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
2g Cluster (7% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1214 Belgium Abbey (Yeast cake)
