Straight infusion 156 for 60 minutes. Decoction - 1.5 gallons at end of mash. No mash-out - not enough room in Gott. Sparged for 60 minutes using Phils Sparger - cool toy! Collected 6 gallons on the nose. Made #'s as expected. | ||||||||
