Steep: 60 minutes à 68 °c.
Boil: 45 minutes SG 1.180 9 liters
3kg Light dry malt extract
180g Amber dry malt extract
320g Dark dry malt extract
150g Brown sugar
500g Belgian candi sugar
Le houblon Cluster a été remplacé par du Challenger.
Hops: 20g Brewers Gold (6.5% AA, 45 min.)
20g Cluster (6.32% AA, 45 min.)
60g Tettnanger (4.3% AA, 45 min.)
10g Cluster (6.32% AA, 15 min.)
10g Styrian Goldings (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Levure liquide Trappist Hight density.
