OG: 1.074 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 8.3% v/v (6.5% w/w)
Water: RO water with 2 tsp chalk to adjust measured pH.
Grain: 14 lb. German Pilsner
Mash: 68% efficiency
Mash in at 140, raise temp to 150 and hold for 90 minutes.
Boil: 120 minutes SG 1.054 7.5 gallons
1 lb. Cane sugar
1/2 Whirlfloc tab, 1/2 tsp yeast nutrients.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Kent Goldings (4% AA, 120 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Ardennes, 2 quart/2 times starter.
