.5 lb. Belgian Pilsner
.75 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Grains steeped for 20 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.172 3 gallons
1 lb. Belgian candi sugar
12 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.4% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. US Goldings (5.1% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (3.8% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: 3787
Carbonation: 2.1 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.40 oz. for 5 gallons @ 70°F
