First attempt at creating my own recipe,

18 HCU (~11 SRM)
Bitterness: 21 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.009
Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.8% w/w)
Water: **None** Using Cincinanasty finest tap-water
Grain: .50 lb. American victory
.25 lb. American crystal 10L
.25 lb. American crystal 90L
.25 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Steep Grains in 3 Gallons of water @ a temp in between 150-155
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.087 3.25 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Brown sugar
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Irish Ale Yeast WL1084 Smack Pack
