American Amber Ale

I used a wild hop similar to C. However, these were whole hops, a good 3 to 4 months old, not a bitter as calculator suggests.

Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.6% w/w)
Water: 1.5 teaspoon gypsum to liqour, 1/6 teaspoon sea salt in boil.
Grain: 7 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. Belgian aromatic
2 lb. American crystal 40L
4 oz. Belgian Special B
1 lb. Flaked wheat
Mash: 75% efficiency
Single infusion 155 overnight. 1.25 qt/lb. Agitated twice.
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.047 7 gallons
None. Utilized hop bags, I think that hops rolling around is better but more work for me.
Hops: 2 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 70 min.)
2 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 10 min.)
2 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: S-04 rehydrated.
