My "Harvest Red" Ale has been the most popular of all of my homebrews. All beer drinkers seem to like this one! Definitely a house favorite!!

American Wheat Starch Conversion - 60 minutes at 154° Mash-out - 10 minutes at 168° Sparge Water - 178° Sparged for 35 minutes. |
