Mash: | 75% efficiency | |||||||
Mash-in with 7 liters 65°C water as to get 50-53°C (I landed at 53°C) Add 5 liters of boiling water, little by little, and raise to 66-67°C Hold this temperature for 90 minutes. Waterratio: 2,6 liters / kg malt Lauter with 75°C water to 25 liters. |

1 tsp Irish moss the last 20 minutes of boil I added 5 liters of ice, made of preboiled water to the wort after boil, just to lower temperature. |
