Mash: 75% efficiency
single step, 63-65C for 70 min
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 6.25 gallons
add irish moss for last 15 min.
Hops: .5 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (aroma)
Yeast: California Ale yeast starter
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
Tasting: For best results, tip up glass so liquid falls in mouth
