Mash: 72% efficiency
60 minute infusion mash at 154°.
Sparge slowly with 170° water to make 6 gallons.

Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 6 gallons
8 oz. Dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp Irish Moss
Hops: 0.5 oz. Palisades (6.7% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. UK Goldings (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
