Mash grains at 153°F for 60 min. Bring to 170°F and rest for 10 min. Fly sparge with 170°F water to collect 6.5 gal in brewpot. | ||||||||

Log: | This is my second try on this recipe. The first one got a bug and went bad. A real bummer to pour 5 gallons of hard work down the drain. But if at first you don't succeed... So I made a nice starter with 007 instead of 001. The 007 WILL be the dominant force in this fermentation... |
