Grain: .25 lb. Caramel Wheat
.25 lb. Caramunich II
.25 lb. Chocolate Rye
Steep: Steeped for 20 minutes while bringing water to a boil. Water started at about 80°, finished at approximately 160°.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.075 3 gallons
6 lb. Gold Malt Syrup
Hops: 1.75 oz. Willamette (4.7% AA, 65 min.)
.25 oz. Willamette (4.7% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1335.
