Log: | added about a 1/2oz of crushed coriander directly to primary. primaried for 9 days, then racked directly to keg. |

Carbonation: | 25# of pressure overnight after kegging, then off for 2 hours (while carbonating 2 other kegs) and back on again for an hour during the day. | |||||||
Tasting: | tasted great while racking, we'll see what carbonation does... |
