Steep: | Steep grains at 150° for 30 minutes. Remove grains and add extracts,and hallertaur hops boil 60 minutes. Last 15 add honey, cascade, Irish Moss, Orange zest, and coriander. | |||||||

Yeast: | Safbrew T-58 Wheat Rehydrate with 1 cup distilled water. Pitch after yeast has sat for a half hour. | |||||||
Log: | ferment for 4-6 days. Rack to secondary for 5 days. 5 oz corn sugar for bottling | |||||||
Carbonation: | 5.5 oz Honey | |||||||
