Grain: 500g Flaked wheat
Boil: 45 minutes SG 1.112 10 liters
1kg 500g Light malt extract
1kg 700g Wheat extract
200g Honey
10g Cracked Corriander (10min)
10g Cracked Corriander (5min)
1x Orange zest (5min)
1x Shot of White Caricao in fermenter before yeast is pitched
Use Orange Blossum Honey at flame out
Hops: 12g Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
12g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: K-97 Wheat yeast re-hydrated 30min before addition
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Cane Sugar: 157g for 23 liters @ 22°C
