Cottage White
I was looking for a similar beer to last summer, with a touch more hoppiness.
Paddock Wood was out of the wheat yeast I wanted, so I decided to go with
Forbidden Fruit instead this year. I was looking for a success, so no steeping
or anything complicated. Straight extract beer with a few spices.
