1 oz. bitter orange peel(half at 15 minutes left/half at 5 minutes) 1 oz crushed coriander seed(half at 15/half at 5) 1 tsp cumin seeds 5 minutes .5 tsp whole black peppercorns 5 minutes 4 whole cloves 5 minutes 1 tbs white flour 15 minutes(optional for extra haze) 1 tsp freshly grated orange peel(KO) .75 tsp grated lemon peel(KO) Actual hops are: .5 oz Tradition at 60 minutes and Amarillo instead of centennial at 5. DME used is light wheat DME, which I don't see in the database here rolled oats were lightly toasted |
