I tried to copy the french beer 3 Monts with this batch.
Super Alpha is a New Zealand hop that is a blend of noble german
and english hops.

I sour mashed the pilsner malt after a short steeping (45mins) and left if dor 3 days in a closed pot. Them I added the wheat and mashed as usual. 1hr at 65° |

Tasting: | This beer turned out well, the tartness of the sourmash and hops blended well. A great refresher on a hot day. Next time I think ill make it stronger and increase the sourness accordingly. |
