Water: I will be using 5 gal Reverse Osmosis and 7gal
City water ran through a charcoal filter.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.043 12 gallons
9 lb. 14 oz. Light malt extract
4 lb. Wheat extract
Irish Moss, Gelatin to fine out yeast.
Hops: 2.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.0% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (2.74% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: 1L starter for 10 gallons Light DME/
WYeast 2565 Kolsch yeast.
Carbonation: 2.7 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.77 oz. for 5 gallons @ 64°F
