Steep: | Put all grains in large grain bag in 2 gallons cold water. Bring water up to about 155°F. Steep for 50 minutes. Rinse with 1 gallon of 170°F water. | |||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.051 | 6 gallons | |||||
6 lb. Light dry malt extract | ||||||||
1/4 oz Irish Moss powder added with about 15 minutes left in boil. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Perle (7.20% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Hallertauer (3.80% AA, 15 min.) 1 oz. Hallertauer (aroma) |

Carbonation: | Will be bottled with 5 oz. Corn Sugar for priming. |
