Yeast: | White Labs Kolsch | |||||||
Log: | Brewed 3/11/99. Cooled wort to 130 F with snow bank then added Ice cold water to bring to 5.25 gallons and 68F. Pitched yeast and fermented at about 65F. Racked 3/15/99, added isinglass. Bottled 3/24/99. Conditioned 10 days at 66F. Lager 4 weeks 38F. |
