Awesome Dark ALT
This was my first try at an ALT, and it turned out fabulous. This is a very dark, silky smooth, and slightly sweet and chocolatey beer when it hits your palate; but retains the ALT finish at the end. I will not change a thing in this recipe, and it will be brewed often!
