German Pale Ale

I am trying to create a nice light german pale ale.

Brewer: Brian Email: tl1000sv@hotmail.com
Beer: German Pale Ale Style: North German Altbier
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
10 HCU (~7 SRM)
Bitterness: 17 IBU
OG: 1.055 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 10L
Steep: Steep grains in 6 gallon 150-160 water for 30 minutes. Turn heat back up and remove grains at 180.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 6 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (4% AA, 50 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (4% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast #1007 German Ale
