Steep:	steep grains in grain bag at approx.140 degrees for 45 min.
Boil:	60 minutes	SG 1.161	2 gallons
	6 lb. Muntons DME extract 1. lb. Corn sugar
	irish moss to clarify Burton Water salts
Hops:	1 oz. Galena (13% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Perle (8% AA, 45 min.) .5 oz. Perle (8% AA, 30 min.) .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.) .5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast:	Wyeast 1056 American Ale
Tasting:	Great everyday APA, nice citrus notes without too much bitter but enough to round out the malt. Even people at the party that claimed not to like "those strong beers" loved this one, in fact all 5 gal. were drank first. I'll be doing this one again and will also try it with a dry hop for the hop hounds i know and love
