Bitterness: 18 IBU
OG: 1.063 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 6.9% v/v (5.4% w/w)
Grain: .23kg Belgian aromatic
.23kg Melandoida Malt
.46kg Belgian Special B
.47kg Special Roast
Steep: Steep grains for 45 minutes at 155°F. Steep 1.75 lbs of baked Cinderella pumpkin 45 minutes at 155°F
Boil: 30 minutes SG 1.053 6 gallons
2.69kg Light malt extract
0.37kg Brown sugar
0.20kg Dextro
Add extract when temperature reaches 185°F and sustain a rolling boil for 2-3 minutes. Add spices (3 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 9 grams of sweet orange peel) at last 5 minutes of hop boil.
Hops: 10g Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.)
10g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 45 min.)
10g Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Munton Dry
Log: Add the 2.5 lbs of Cinderella pumpkin used from the steeping into primary fermentation.
