Log: | The first time I made this beer, I added the Strawberry extract to the primary with the yeast, while I like the results I think the next time I make the brew I will add part of the extract to the primary and the rest to the secondary. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 2.4 volumes | Dried Malt Extract: 7.26 oz. for 5 gallons @ 70°F | ||||||
Tasting: | Very good. Very pleasent 'berry bitterness' imparted in the beer. Over all, very enjoyable. |
