Log: | After 3 or 4 days of active fermentation, add 2 lbs strawberries and 2 lbs Rhubarb to secondary fermentor for 1 week. The strawberries were frozen and the rhubarb was fresh cut then frozen and blanched before adding to fermentor with 1/2 cup sugar. |
