Mash: | 70% efficiency | |||||||
Dough in at 1.2 quarts per pound at 168°F. Hold at 153°F for 45 min. Pull a 1 gallon decoction and add it to 1 gallon boiling water. Once boiling, stir the decoction back into the mash. Hold at 162°F for 10 minutes then sparge with 170°F to collect 7.5 gallons in brewpot. | ||||||||
