Brass Ring Pale Ale
I think wheat malt will definitely add something interesting
to this beer. I'm using less bittering hops than I'd normally use
for an APA because I don't think that the distinct wheat flavor goes
well with a strong bitterness. I've found that fuggles, however, is
a very good finishing hop when using wheat.
