This is an excellent golden fruity honey beer!

Grain: 6.6 lb. Vienna malt
1.0 lb. Wheat malt
1.0 lb. Wild flower honey
.18 lb. Dark Candy Sugar
Mash: 75% efficiency
Single infusion mash at 155 for 60 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.042 6.0 gallons
Hops: .75 oz. Hallertau (4.1% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 40 min.)
.75 oz. Hallertau (4.1% AA, 10 min.)
.25 oz. Liberty (5.0% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Mt Hood (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs East coast Ale WLP008
Log: Primary fermentation at 68 for 1 week in plastic. Secondary fermentation at 60 for 10 days in glass. Kegged in stainless steel.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes
Forced.
