Hops: 3 oz. Saaz (2.8% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (2.8% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast: WLP001 White Labs American Ale

Tasting: I've brought 5 gallon kegs to parties and they empty out pretty quickly.
