Mash: | 70% efficiency | |||||||
Single temp mash @ 150ºF for 60 minutes. |

Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.036 | 6.75 gallons | |||||
Irish moss last 15 minutes of boil. |

Hops: | 1.0 oz. Kent Goldings (5.1% AA, 60 min.) .50 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 45 min.) |

Yeast: | Use any european ale yeast w/starter. I like London & British Wyeast. |

Log: | Ferment as close to 67ºF, but higher temps up to 73ºF shouldn't make much difference. |

Carbonation: | 2.6 volumes | Corn Sugar: 4.74 oz. for 5.00 gallons @ 70°F | ||||||
Let this brew age for three weeks before drinking. |

Tasting: | Smoooooooth & Creamy! The oats and wheat tend to leave it a bit cloudy, but not a crucial factor. |
