Yeast: | 2 pkgs of Danstar Nottingham (first time using dry yeast, not bad) | |||||||
Log: | Used a hop basket for 3 oz of cascade. Kept at 170F for 2 hrs and then strained and added to wort before cooling. Makes for an excellent head and aftertaste. Primary 5 days Secondary 9 days in keg 7 days |

Carbonation: | 1/3 cup corn sugar before kegging add 20lbs of pressure and shake rattle and roll |

Tasting: | Excellent American pale ale. Tastes like a Northwest brew. |
