Fat Tire Amber Clone
This is based upon information I gathered while on a brewery tour at New Belgium recently. It is so close to the real thing several of my friends couldn't tell the difference.

Tasting: | Great clone. Since I got the information from a brewer, it worked out great. Nice malty aroma of bread crust and yeast notes. Hops in balance only not bitterness. Thin tight head sits atop orange amber body. Easy drinking just like they make it...but fresher. |
