This is an easy to brew beer that I made to share with my friends on Derry Street in the Janesville Neighborhood of Manchester, NH

Yeast: | works well with Cooper's dry yeast | |||||||
Carbonation: | I've tried this with 3/4 cup dextrose bulk priming the whole batch at bottling time and also using 20 PSI CO2 in a 50° keg for a few days. Both methods work well. | |||||||
Tasting: | this stuff is drinkable and has been a big hit among all my friends here. |
