Hops:	1 oz. Kent Goldings (6.2% AA, 50 min.) 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.) 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.) 1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast:	Wyeast American Ale #1056
Carbonation:	Kegged at 30 psi for 2 days then served @ 7 psi.
