Neil's Rod and Reel Ale
I wanted a light to medium beer with a nice aroma.
Now I can sit back and enjoy fishing and a home brew
as the weather turns warm.

Water: | I use the regular hard tap water to make up my three gallons of boil. After boil time I use water filtered through the PUR water filter on my sink. I chill this for a couple of hours. Adding it to my wort helps bring the temp down fast! |
