Steep: | Place grains in grain bag and place in water. Heat water with grains till the temp reaches 170°F; 20-30 min time should have passed, if not reduce heat and hold temp below 170°F until 30 min time has passed. | |||||||

Yeast: | WLP 001 California Ale, 500 ml starter made with 1.040 OG wort and pinch yeast nutrient 24 hrs prior to pitching. Entire starter pitched into wort. | |||||||
Log: | Fermenting schedule: 24 hrs @ 72° 6 days @ 70° Rack into secondary 1 week after brewing Dry hopped 1 oz cascade (pellet) in secondary 7 days @ 70° Bottle |
