Bitterness: 17 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 6.0% v/v (4.7% w/w)
Water: 1 tsp gypsum added before boil
Grain: 20 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. American crystal 60L
2 lb. Rolled oats
Mash: 65% efficiency
150F for 90 minutes or until mash is converted.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.047 12 gallons
irish moss last 15 minutes of boil.
Hops: 2 oz. Fuggles (4.5% AA, 90 min.)
Yeast: Yeast 1084 yeast starter in pint containers.
Log: Primary 1 week.
Secondary 1 week and move to 34F refridgerator for 3 weeks.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Keg: 9.2 psi @ 34°F
